The Topos & Demos research programme, jointly conducted by Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences (Athens) and Protagoras (IHECS – Brussels), explores the relationship between topos (place) and demos (community) in the field of territorial communication.

The synthesis report of the first seminar, held in Athens on June 4, 2025, and written by Nicolas Baygert, Marianna Psylla and Baptiste Buidin is now available. It brings together the insights of more than fifteen researchers from Greece, Belgium, and France, examining the intersections of communication, citizenship, and territory through critical and interdisciplinary perspectives.
